It was a hot one at Leapfrog this morning as we practiced Run Breathing and Posture as it relates to Recovery.
We talked about both Passive and Active Recovery. When you’re tired and need to recover it helps to have a strategy. We talked about your Posture and Controlling Your Breath both while stopped (passive recovery) and while maintaining a run pace (active recovery.)
