It was all about the Arms at todays Form & Fundamental Track Practice. A great workout as preparation for Wednesdays 400 Meter Repeat Track Workout.

Learning how to use your Arms to drive your legs for acceleration is all about Running Strong & Efficient. Practicing how to Relax your Arm without collapsing your posture is key to Active Recovery. It was a workout all about how our Arm Position and Engagement effects our overall Speed and Sustainability.
