The workout: Run 400 Meters at Pace…then Recover w/a 200 Meter Relaxed Effort Run. It’s not just about the speed! Today we kept up the Speed Work & Also focused on that 200 Meter Recovery Period. We paid attention to our Posture and Breathing…We Pushed our Body & Focused Our Mind!

The group competition was impressive! Watching the athletes work together throughout the workout…It’s my favorite part of coaching!! Next Wednesday we focus on THE TIMED MILE! It’s time for a measurement of pace:)
