It was F U N @Leapfrog this morning with our Repeat 200 Meters Workout.
Although physical in nature, we really practiced Mental Strategies and Discipline in keeping consistent and having a plan. It’s more than running!
Breaking down the 200 meters into smaller “Units You Can Handle” and working on a process for the recovery period…it all moves us towards Running Stronger and More Consistent!
