Join Leapfrog Friday Mornings at 6a.m. for our Power Running Series: Running on Fatigued Legs.
The workout meets at Venetian Village in the north side parking lot.
“Anyone can do it fresh.”
What to expect:
A workout geared towards fatiguing the leg muscles so we can practice Strong Run Form when Tired.
A workout incorporating body weight exercises as well as running so you may “Run Strong” even when fatigued.
