Learn…Practice…Workout

Today at our Form & Fundamentals Track Practice we looked at torso engagement as it relates to pace change. We focused on Breathing and Arms. The workout consisted of some abdominal work, push ups, wall squats and running. At Leapfrog we look into “How” we run…the way we use all parts of our body for faster, more efficient running.
