April: Spring Speed Training




Join Leapfrog Athletics the month of April for our “Spring Speed” series.

“You gotta PRACTICE running fast to RACE fast.”

During this series we will work with the 1/4 Mile and 200 Meter distances. You’ll learn about Turnover, Stride Length, Arms, Posture and Recovery.

The Series begins on Monday with our Form/Fundamentals Workout then follows into Wednesday morning at our Traditional Speed Workout, then continues on Friday mornings at Venitian Village with our “Rubber hits the Road” workout!  All workouts begin at 6am.  Monday & Wednesday are on the Track at The Community School of Naples, Friday we meet in the north side parking lot at Venitian Village.

This series is perfect to PREPARE YOURSELF for summer 5k’s.
