April: Spring Speed Training




Join Leapfrog Athletics the month of April for our “Spring Speed” series.

“You gotta PRACTICE running fast to RACE fast.”

During this series we will work with the 1/4 Mile and 200 Meter distances. You’ll learn about Turnover, Stride Length, Arms, Posture and Recovery.

The Monday/Thursday 6pm and Wednesday/Friday 6am workouts meet at Venitian Village in the North Side parking lot. (Venitian Village is located off Park Shore Dr.)

This series is perfect to PREPARE YOURSELF for summer 5k’s.

Leapfrog Offers Multiple Ways to Train!! You may come to any combination of workouts, both morning and evening (*Please note that the morning workout are a repeat of the evening practices and it is recommended that you only come to 2 practices/week.) You may purchase just the Spring Speed Series, a Leapfrog PUNCH CARD, or you may purchase a multiple month session to receive a DISCOUNT (Available for Purchase ONLY at a Leapfrog Practice.)
