Tuesday: 6:30-8a.m. Ride & Coffee Social
Wednesday: 6-7a.m. Track Traditional Speed Work
Friday: 6-7a.m. Run Workouts: Vary Each Month but Include: Hill Series, Running on Fatigued Legs, 10k Series, 1/2 Marathon Series, Racing Is Passing Series.
Saturday: 7:30-9a.m. Open Water Swim Practice & Bike Skills Training ***Select Summer Months Only***
