Saturday Bike Workout: Goodland Bridge Repeats

Ride With Purpose

The Details:

  • Ride DEPARTS at 7:30a.m. Arrive Early enough to be ready to go at 7:30a.m.
  • Location: Ride Meets at Dunkin Doughnuts corner of 41 & 951
  • Address: 6685 Collier Blvd. Naples, FL 34114
  • Ride Distance is approx. 30 miles.
  • Route: We will go out 41 and make a right turn on 29. Ride out to the bridge, do repeats & return.
  • Goal will be 10 Bridge Repeats: 5 done seated, 5 done standing out of the saddle…It’s a tough workout!
  • We will ride out in groups according to pace, no one will be riding solo.
  • Although lights are not required, they are still recommended. Helmets Required:)
  • AGAIN: Ride DEPARTS at 7:30a.m. Arrive Early, park in back of Dunkin Doughnuts.
  • Coffee and Doughnuts available post ride:)
