
PREPARE YOURSELF
TIGF and to Celebrate Amelia and I have put together a Fun Jump Workout for you to enjoy!
You’ll start by getting some of your favorite music ready.
- BEGIN: it’s Mountain Climbers….start in high plank and JUMP each foot forward in an alternating pattern.
- THEN: you have a choice…either JUMP Squats reaching both arms up overhead as you JUMP or Bear Crawl using your arms and legs.
- NEXT: it’s JUMP Rope time! Any step you choose and as fast as you want to JUMP.
- FINALLY: it’s JUMPing Jacks for the finish of the circuit! End by engaging the whole body (Similar to Hard Effort Running!)
As for how many reps and sets? You get to do as many of each as you like! The Goal is to stick with the workout through 4 of your Favorite Songs!!
IT’ S FRIDAY! So have FUN!
Rest as needed…Dance a bit if you wish, but complete 1 round minimum.
