At Leapfrog we believe in developing Skills and Creating Strong Fundamentals to help you become a STRONGER & MORE EFFICIENT RIDER. We practice bike skills & Ride With Purpose as we complete workouts that are challenging to both the beginner and experienced rider. You’ll get personal attention from Coach Matt going over basic knowledge, skills and abilities needed for Faster More Efficient Bike Riding!!
Each practice lasts approx. 90 minutes and we cover anywhere from 8 to 30 miles depending on your level and the workout. You’ll need only your bike and a helmet (*although Clipped Pedals are not required, Coach Matt will try to move you in that direction if possible, it will Absolutely Help you become a faster/more efficient rider! Don’t be intimidated, we have a process that has helped dozens of riders gain the skill and confidence needed to be clipped in:)
