Saturday Bike Workout: Goodland Bridge Repeats

Ride With Purpose

The Details:

  • Ride DEPARTS at 7:30a.m. Arrive Early enough to be ready to go at 7:30a.m.
  • Location: Ride Meets at Dunkin Doughnuts corner of 41 & 951
  • Address: 6685 Collier Blvd. Naples, FL 34114
  • Ride Distance is approx. 30 miles.
  • Route: We will go out 41 and make a right turn on 29. Ride out to the bridge, do repeats & return.
  • Goal will be 10 Bridge Repeats: 5 done seated, 5 done standing out of the saddle…It’s a tough workout!
  • We will ride out in groups according to pace, no one will be riding solo.
  • Although lights are not required, they are still recommended. Helmets Required:)
  • AGAIN: Ride DEPARTS at 7:30a.m. Arrive Early, park in back of Dunkin Doughnuts.
  • Coffee and Doughnuts available post ride:)

Leapfrog aims to help keep people committed and disciplined by providing a group and coach that can keep pushing you while also supporting you in your journey. Bike Skills/Coffee Ride

Join Leapfrog each Tuesday for our Members Bike Skills Ride with Social Coffee.

 

RIDE WITH PURPOSE!!!

At Leapfrog we not only train together, but we also socialize, build community and just enjoy movement!  Tuesday’s at Leapfrog we do a Social Skills Ride followed by coffee and conversation.  This ride DEPARTS from Starbucks on 5th Ave. in Olde Naples at 6:30a.m.  We enjoy a post ride coffee immediately after:)

 

The ride is approx. 15 miles and we accommodate all paces.  

We Practice Bike Skills Like:

*Group Riding

     *Drafting, Pulling, Signaling

     *Shifting

     *Pedal Skills

     *Cornering

     *Accelerating

 

COFFEE is immediately after (approx. 7:20) at 5Th Ave. Starbucks.
