PREPARE YOURSELF

Track Practice: Traditional Speedwork.

Run Track

Join Leapfrog Wednesdays  6a.m.-7a.m. at Community School of Naples for our Traditional Speedwork Run Workout.  All levels welcome at this Track Practice as we run the basics:

*200’s

*400’s

*800’s

*Mile Repeats

*Ladders

*Surge Workouts

 

Running Shoe

Coach Matt will both Lead A Workout & have Open Lanes for you to use to make you a Faster, More Efficient Runner!

 

These workouts will have a warm up session, time for stretching and a cool down/post workout stretch.   All Levels Welcome, Come and Experience Success!

 

We practice both Active & Passive Recovery.  You will have to option to participate in Coach Matt’s workout OR do your own speedwork (lanes 4-8.)  At Leapfrog our goal is better overall fitness with a specialty in running:)

Just a few post workout notes, always nice to hear and share the positive:)

Matthew Reedy well I gotta say 6-7 yrs ago I came to this track practice with my brother Demonio Arellanos for the very first time and I thought you guys were crazy! 😂 I couldnt ran a lap without struggling! Now I still struggled to finish but I did do the majority of it, so even though Im older I feel in the best fitness season of my life! Cheers to that!
