Friday’s in April Join Leapfrog for our “Racing IS PASSING” Series.

 

This month we focus on Pace Change & Active Recovery to help you become a Stronger Runner and Racer!  ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

 

You’ll learn techniques to:

  • Accelerate
  • Pass Runners
  • Recover while maintaining pace
  • Gain Speed and Efficiency
  • Keep your Mind Focused

This Series meets Friday Mornings 6a.m. @Venetian Village in the north side parking lot.  (Venetian Village is located off Park Shore Dr. in Naples, FL)

Each workout lasts approx. 1 hour and covers between 3-6 miles depending on your level/pace.

Training: March 10k Series

10k Training w/Focus on RECOVERY BREATHING.

Sign Up TODAY for the March 10k/Recovery Breathing Series.

The 10k is nothing like the traditional 5k! With twice the distance the race takes on an entirely different feel. Leapfrog will help YOU train for this distance with our March 10/Recovery Breathing Series.

Join Leapfrog Athletics for the month of March as we PREPARE for the 10k by practicing Recovery Breathing Techniques on the streets near Pelican Bay.

  • Learn “How To” Breathe using your Full Lung Capacity!!
  • Learn “How To” Accelerate without losing your breath!!
  • Learn “How To” Recover your breath without stopping!!
  • Learn “How To” Recover Your Breath while Running!
  • Learn to increase your Capacity for both Speed and Endurance!!

Discover the correlations between your Rate of Breath and your Heart Rate.

 

The March 10k/Recovery Breathing Series is a 4 week progressive training series that meets Monday/Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6am.  Each workout lasts approx. 1 hour and we offer modifications to make the workouts accessible for every level runner!!  The Monday & Wednesday Workouts meet On The Track at Community School of Naples.  The Friday workout meets at Artis Naples for “On The Course” Training.
